With hotels across the country preparing to open their doors for the first time in months, first impressions really do count. Marriot International Hotels take pride in their ‘Commitment to Clean’ promise and we were delighted to assist with this project.
Our experienced façade cleaning team were able to remove all dirt and pollution residue. A clean façade offers long-term benefits to the client, profoundly improving the overall attitude towards a workplace or public facility. A clean and tidy exterior inspires pride and fosters a positive attitude towards the environment. By undertaking this clean, we have also been able to flag up any maintenance issues which would otherwise have gone unnoticed.
SPECIALIST ACCESS/CLEANING METHODS UTILIZED?
We used a BA135DS access machine to reach the high-level balustrade, glazing and paneling utilizing our Hot Water Reach and Wash System.
ANY HURDLES?
We had a short and tight turnaround time which required meticulous planning both for our teams and other contractors on site. The work was broken down into elevations and we had a strict timetable to work to. There were some tight access points which we were able to overcome.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK?
Our works were signed off as ‘Excellent’ and the client was delighted with the completed project.
Special mention to our employee Will Ridgley, as he had just passed his IPAF prior to completion of these works and oversaw the project on a day-to-day basis.
