When selecting sub-contractors for Ryemead’s UK Partner Network, meticulous consideration is essential to ensure the quality and reliability our clients expect from the Ryemead name are delivered seamlessly.
If you deliver high-quality, reliable, and compliant cleaning services, and you’d like to be considered as a sub-contractor with Ryemead, we’d be delighted to talk with you.
What we’re looking for in a Ryemead Partner
Key criteria for Ryemead Partner selection include:
Experience and Expertise are a given.
All our Sub-contractors must have a proven track record in commercial cleaning or estate management, demonstrating proficiency in tasks such as windows and exterior cleaning and maintenance.
Reputation and References matter.
As part of your application process, we will ask to see references and testimonials from three of your recent previous clients to gauge your reliability and professionalism.
Certification and Compliance is paramount.
We expect sub-contractors representing the Ryemead name to hold relevant certifications and adhere to UK regulations and industry standards. This includes health and safety compliance, environmental regulations, and FWC and or CHAS membership.
Insurance and Liability Coverage
Ryemead Partners must hold Employers and Public liability Insurance of at least £5m (including: Indemnity to Principals Clause and Contractual Liability), to protect against potential risks and liabilities.
