We provided a specialist cleaning service to all powder coated external window frames using our 3-step process: 1. We cleaned the frames using our de-ionised water and brushes to remove contaminants. 2. We then further cleaned the frames using a specialist cleaning product that prepared the surfaces. 3. Finally, we used our specialist restoration product that was applied by hand.

ANY HURDLES?

We were able to respond at short notice to this request and it had to be carried out over two separate days and two different weeks to accommodate our client’s needs.

We are Safe Contractor and ISO 9001 certified, ensuring that all access equipment is fully certificated, and all operatives are fully trained to carry out the works in hand. There is always a Ryemead manager on site who is IOSH trained to coordinate works on the day.

Window frame restoration – a 3-step process

  1. We cleaned the frames using our de-ionised water and brushes to remove contaminants.
  2. We then further cleaned the frames using a specialist cleaning product that prepared the surfaces.
  3. Finally, we used our specialist restoration product that was applied by hand.

In doing this we have provided a suitable dirt repellent and protective surface to the frames, whilst also reviving the weathered surfaces and overall look of the building.
